How to recover htc desire 820 via fastboot when having no recoverynothing!!

MyHtc desire 820 ,is not able to do anything
I relocked the bootloader via fastboot usb mode
Using cmd command
Then ,after it boots often in fastboot usb mode
Please help
,.............😭
