How to recover sensitive infomertial and private doc"s from ph was on plan and is no longer

I need my info from a pH that works but was stopped by non payment of plan

The phone plan has nothing to do with what's on the phone. It only determines if you can make a call or access mobile data. You can still use the phone as normal otherwise, so getting data off it shouldn't be a problem.

Agreed, even if you cannot access Mobile data cloud data should still be retrievable with the use of WiFi.
