How to remove contact groups?

Is there a way to remove groups of contacts?

After the first time setup, I now have like 200 useless unknown contacts that were imported from gmail and Facebook.
So I would like to remove all of those contacts and have them sync to only contacts o add myself.

Any advice?

you can go under display settings for facebook or that certain group under google and uncheck it to where it doesnt show
