Android Central Question

Recently my phone started showing the "moisture in the usb port" warning and wont let me charge the phone. Fist I completely cleaned the port and made sure there is no moisture at all, still wont let me charge, rebooted the phone several times when it suddenly worked and I could charge the phone full with no Problem. The next day the warning came again (but there is for sure no moisture at the port). I tried to reset the android system notificatios but I cannot do this (phone wont let me). So can anybody help me to fix this Problem? (S20 ultra on android 12).
Thanks

Not trying to offend but I'm curious how putting the phone in rice will fix a software glitch claiming moisture is detected when it's not wet?
No offense, the phone may have moisture and the sensor indication is correct . Rice, or some other desiccant, sealed in a baggie with the phone, can absorb any moisture that evaporates from the phone.

Another option could be to flood clean the USB port with 99% rubbing alcohol (which should help remove any trace of water).
