How to remove/uninstall samsung by-default application

Welcome to Android Central :)
Some of the apps are crucial to the OS so I'd be careful with what you delete. You need root and an app like Titanium Backup to do it though

I'd like to do the same thing but do not want to root my phone. Do you know if there is a list of the programs or software, that NEEDS to be kept in order for my phone to work properly? I heard not to ever uninstall the programs that have the android robot icon, is this true?

I have disabled all these apps and have had no problems whatsoever. If you use a Samsung account, it might be wise to keep the Samsung apps.

I took my newly revised Samsung S4 to my carrier store. They uninstalled all 13 pre-installed samsung apps of which I had no use.
