How to replace my HTC One front speaker cover

Hi I hit my phone and it has damage on the white part of the phone and on the speakers cover on the front. I ordered the replacement for the cover, but I have no idea how can I replace it without damaging my phone. Please help if possible.

Well if I'm right the speaker grill is just glued on. Does that make it easy? Not exactly. You have to heat the glue enough to pull it off but not to much that you overheat the internals of your phone. Then you have to try and wedge something in between the grill and the other part of the phone without damaging it.

Can you do it? Of course. Is it easy? Not really sure

Is it really necessary to heat the glue? Thing is there already is a little space to pull the cover off, if I insert something in there and just pull it off...would it be ok or would I damage the phone?
The other thing, with what should I paste the replacement?
