How to reset Open with Just once or Always

When I open an image, my note 8 will pop up to ask me open with what app and [Just once] or [Always]

If I have select an app and tap [Always], how to reset so the popup will appear again the next time I open an image? Thanks

Hi, once you choose a app as always that option don't pop up again. Now to get those option to come again go settings >apps>3 dots upper right corner tap >scroll to reset app preferences and you should get the option again. When you it gives those options just choose just once so you always get options .

You could also go to Settings>Apps, select the app that you set as default, then tap Defaults, and clear it there. mustang7757's suggestion will definitely work as well, but it will clear all app preferences.

It reset any apps you had disabled

If you only reset the defaults for a specific app, then it'll just be cleared as the default action for anything you might have chosen. It shouldn't clear the app's own settings.
