How To Restrict All Background Data

After latest update on my Samsung S6, the "Restrict all Background Data" option seems to have disappeared! Any Ideas please?? Thanks

Welcome to the forums. Have you already tried with the new data saver feature in data usage - more/three dots?

I can't see more/3 dots when I go into Data Saver. Should the option "Allow unrestricted data usage" be set to OFF? Thanks
