How to retrieve and accidentally deleted camera folder from Gallery in Samsung S3 Mini?

I accidentally deleted my main photo folder in "gallery" on samsung s3 mini instead of just one photo. How do I get the photos back? I've tried some software but it seems to be retrieving all my oldest deleted photos and not the ones from the main folder that I just deleted. Is there somewhere I can take my phone where they can help me? I'm worried I'm screwing this up worse. Thank you.

Sadly not, unless you backed the photos up then it's really difficult to retrieve them. There are some apps in the playstore that can recover deleted pics, but more often than not they don't work. Don't suppose you backed your photos up to Google Photos?
