I believe from previous posts, that you are running an older firmware and bootloader, NG3, and so therefore can root your AT&T model, G900A, using the following instructions...

However, because of the G900A's locked bootloader, you cannot flash AOSP based ROMs, such as CyanogenMod, as far as I am aware, only TouchWiz based ROMs. See, here.
