How to Root Samsung Galaxy S(GT-I9000M?

I want to root my Samsung Galaxy S(GT-I9000M, I believe its the vibrant version) in hopes that I can put cyanogenmod on it. I tried rooting it before but then ended up putting my phone in a boot loop but thankfully I fixed it. I'm suspecting that I will need to flash something with Odin so can somebody give me links to the right and safe(no viruses) root files with instructions? My phone is running android 2.3.3 but I can update to 2.3.6 if need be.
