how to see whats causing slow boot up time

is there a way to see what is causing a slower than normal boot app, i just restored all my data at once from a different phone and curious what app is causing this. thanks

yeah search up in the app store sorry that i can't remember the name right now off hand. best to google it first then search the app market but i know its definitely there i was looking at those apps yesterday just didn't bookmark it
