How to separate google contacts?

Ok, I use my phone for personal and business. Is there a way I can have to contact icons on my phone, one with my personal contacts and one with my business contacts?

I have the same question with gmail accounts. So far I can't figure out a way to have to different gmail icons on my with one personal and the other business. Any advice?
