How to Set lock on the power button?

Hi everyone,
I am using Poco X3 pro. I am looking for the app or setting which enables me to restrict anyone who find my phone or my phone is stolen, he cannot switch/power off or restart my phone without opening screen lock.

Welcome to Android Central! That may not be possible, because any Android device can be forced to shut down by pressing and holding Power for about 30 seconds -- that's in place in case the phone malfunctions and freezes. Your data would still be protected as long as you have a screen lock set up.
