How to set up Call/Text Forwarding?

So it appears they deleted that from the wearable app for the Galaxy Watch (the S3 had that option). So if I have the watch activated on T-Mobile, how do I set up forwarding to a Sprint phone?

I noticed this too... wish I had an answer for you. Luckily I use digits on T-Mobile so I haven't needed call forwarding.
