how to set up micro sd card?

hi there

My phone was running out of room to store photos and music so i got a 32gb micro SD card to make some more space on my phone, I put it in but it seems that pictures and music still are saved on the phone memory

how can i move all the pictures and music to the 32gb sd card and enable me to put more music etc on my phone>?

You should be able to go to the File Manager in your phone (or in a computer), select the pictures and music or general files you want to move and select the option to MOVE to SD Card (if you're on KitKat or Lollipop only the stock File Manager or a computer can do this, if you're on anything else then you can use a 3rd party File Manager too).
