How to set up Parental Control in Samsung Galaxy Note 5?

I would like to set up parental control on Samsung Note 5 to prevent internet access - can someone advise how this can be done please

Kids Mode app might be an option. I did not see the app in the Galaxy Store, but looks like its in Google Play. In the article below, there are suggestions in the comments for other similar apps that might work. I have not tried any of them, though.
