How to set volume to Maximum by default

I have a Samsung S6, and every time I connect it to phone jack in my car I need to manually volume up.
I would like it to be on max by default.
My device is rooted.

I don't think you can do it, but maybe someone will have an idea. Once you set it, it will hold until you boot it again at which time you have to acknowledge the safety message otherwise the volume level is unusable.

Music App > more > settings
TURN YOUR VOLUME TO 100%
Turn on Smart Volume
