I've Googled this many times and I can't find a direct answer.
Does anyone know how, or have a good tutorial that's clear and easy to follow?

Sorry, the N7 is my first non Apple device, i'm a reformed Apple Fangirl and i'm slowly making the transition away from Apple.

you have to use this software called Android file transfer Android.com

just connect ur phone and this app will display the device and files can be transferred normally.


or if this didnt work u could app called airdroid to do it wireless.

No problem. Not everyone know about this app. i came to know about it when someone had issue using this app.
