How to solve a vertical split screen issue in LGV10

i purchased an lg v10 & used for just 1 week to test the unit,it was working fine then i sent to my wife as a gift,she just used it for another 7 days the screen started to show vertical split screen,any solutions to solve this issue please?

Sounds like a hardware problem. That phone needs a new screen.
