AC Question

When i'm using my rear camera pictures are very blurry but my front camera is working fine. Does this issue have anything to do with keyboard screen burn-in on my phone?

No, I think that the two issues would be unrelated.
Is the camera stuck on one plane of focus - close-ups only, say - or are all subjects affected?

All subjects are affected no matter if the subject is 10 feet away or 1.5 feet. I can see tiny spots when taking picture

It sounds like a hardware failure of the camera module, but I'll try to get some more opinions.

Also, welcome as a new member. :)

Get a strong flashlight and a good magnifying glass and take a good look at the rear lens... Is there anything on the interior surface?

So what should I do if the issue is HW failure?

I can see something inside that looks like dust but I'm not 100 % sure. If thats the case, is there an easy way to remove and clean the camera rear lens?

Well... not sure what the warranty implications are here.... but if you see foreign gunk under the lens, there's nothing you can do other than have it repaired. It might be a simple (and not that pricey) fix. I'll pop this over to the Note 4 forum for directed help.

I had the same problem as many others... the camera is very sensitive and if there is something, like a dust particle inside the camera, in front of the lens, it will try to focus it and that´s why all the photos are blurred... no hardware problem, no data deleting problem, no operating system problem...dust. I found this video tutorial meant to replace the broken cristal of the camera but in this case you only need to open it and clean it, and put the cristal back...it's easy and you only need a cutter... no risk ...it took me 5 mins. I did´t turned off the mobile in order to check if it was working before putting it back. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hcTczEUVAGM . I hope this help... it´s an incredible device and the camera is awesome... but it seems that the place where the camera is assembled is not clean enough
