How to solve this blue tint issue on my note 9 when using the flash

When taking pictures when the flash is on there is a horrible blue tint after the pictures are taken how to fix

I remember a member back in the Note Forums had the issue and probably went through warranty replacement, but yours might be different. Is the phone blue?

Can you link us to and example unedited photo so that we can see what you are seeing?

What are your camera settings?
If you are using the manual settings, your white balance may be set to make standard (yellow) house lights look right, which would cause the light from your flash to look blue.

However, an ill-fitting phone case is the first thing I would check, as mentioned above.

I have the same problem i try with cover and off cover i clean the camera and yes my phone is blu

Read over the links as other threads have links this was a issue on the Note 9

Diagnostically, put a white card on the back of the phone with holes cut for the lens and flash, as small as possible to exclude all possibilty of reflection from the blue case of the phone. Take some test photos. Tell us the result.
