how to stop POLARIS Office 5 from auto dim light

Hello fellow Android,
For some reason everytime I try to view a pdf in POLARIS Office 5 on S5 the light is set to dim. I think this is a feature but can't find it anywhere in setting to turn it off. Please help, thanks.

sorry i can't help, but i've noticed this behavior too and i couldn't find a setting to turn it off. i have my screen set to cinema mode and turned off auto contrast (i can't remember exactly what it's called), but polaris still auto adjusts. it drives me crazy too.

Noticed the same thing every time I opened a PDF file, drove me crazy, couldn't find a way to disable auto dim so I downloaded the actual Adobe PDF reader from the Google play store and made it the default to open when I needed to read a PDF file, problem solved.
