How To Switch Between Roms

Hi, just rooted my Sprint S3 and everything is going great, but I ran into a problem. I've made back ups of several different Roms (anaconda, wicked, Jellybomb to name a few). Unfortunately when I try to reload the back up I get a md5 error, and it says it can't restore it. The only way the back up seems to work is if it's a back up of the same Rom I'm currently on. Any suggestions why this could be happening and how to fix it?

You are renaming the files incorrectly. If you rename the files and remove any spaces you should be ok. When you rename backups the name can't contain spaces. Use only letters, numbers, underscore( _ ) Dashes ( - ) and periods ( . ) in your file name.You should be able to rename properly and they will work again.
