How to take photos in macro mode

Galaxy S2 tablet just updated to Nougat , Cant find macro mode on camera

I don't think the Tab S2 has a, "macro mode." My Tab S2 is still running Marshmallow and there is no macro mode for the camera. Are you sure it wasn't a third party camera app?

I have the Verizon version, no macro.

With the fixed lens of the S2, I'm not sure it's even possible without a physical add-on of some kind (there are do-it-yourself mods described in various places).
