How to tell if my phone has been hacked

Every time I get a new phone it acts right for about a week and then automatically the system looks exactly like the last phone that I previously had and it's an lmq with some numbers behind it I'm not sure what the is going on but I'm not stupid and I need to know how can I check for sure 100% that my phone is being hacked

Welcome to Android Central! When you say "lmq", I'm assuming you mean you have an LG Stylo 6 (with a model number LMQ730), correct?

What's wrong with how the system looked with the last phone? Is it updating to the latest OS version, and therefore changing how the UI is?

Have you transfer stuff over from old device to new device?
