How to tether my hotspot to other phone.

Please help me solve this problem, I am using Lg Optimus G pro ,anytime i on my hotspot it will authenticating and finally tells me that, the network prevents the connection. I am using Vodafone network from Ghana.thanks

First, is tethering allowed by your network provider, at least on your particular plan or tariff?

Yes my network providers allow that only AT & T model lg optimus g pro E980 does not allow it.
