How to Track Data Usage

I need a way to track the data usage of individual programs. Is that possible and how? Is there a program that will tell me "program A used 10,258 bytes in 5 days" for example.

The only thing I know of is total data usage for the phone with the My Verizon app. I will take a look and see if I can find anything that doeswhat you are looking for

Thanks, that would be great. I use the Verizon app but as you said that just gives a total. I would lilke to see what apps are using the most data.

I had used TrafficInfo but it only occasionally works. Based on the reviews with similar complaints I've installed TrafficStats.
