How to transfer contacts from AT&T Mcrosoft Phone to Verizon Android phone

Is there an easier way to do this than manually keying in every contact? A lot are gmail contacts but a lot are also synced to the cloud through Microsoft and AT&T. I was thinking of just adding everyone to my gmail contacts through the phone. Is there an app or easier way?

You can export your contacts from Outlook.com ( I assume this is what you meant by Microsoft) and import them into GMail. Or, you can use the Outlook app for Android which will sync all your Outlook mail, contacts and calendar events. I switched back in January and it wasn't difficult at all.

I ended up using a combination of both (I migrated stuff to Google and use the Outlook app) and everything works fine.
