How to transfer contacts/texts from BB10 to Android?

My wife just picked up an S6 Edge, and i'm wondering ... what is the easiest way to transfer her contacts and text messages from her BlackBerry Z10 to the S6? I know with the contacts, there are a few ways - Bluetooth, gmail, etc... - is there one way that is more efficient than the others? And it possible to transfer over the text messages somehow?

If you have a decent carrier (or if she bought the phone at Best Buy), ask them to transfer all the data over. I think that's more efficient than doing anything - let someone else do it.
