You can use Samsung's Smart Switch and they'll transfer over, or if they are saved to your Google or Samsung account, as soon as you add the same account to the new phone and you have a valid data connection to complete syncing, they'll move on their own.

It is simple just to make copy all contacts in google drive and then copy from it on another phone.

Contact files are encrypted and cannot be just 'copied' into a file sharing service. If you mean syncing the contact information with your Google account, then yes, that is possible.
