Question How to transfer SIM and data from a Moto8 phone to a Galaxy Note 8

Hi,

I wish to transfer the SIM and everything from the Moto8 phone to the Note 8 but before I do, I need to backup all the info on both of them.

What is the best way to do this please?

I do have access to them from my PC if that helps.
