My phones memory an ram and everything else is full. I need to transfer my photos an gallery an files an documents an contacts and anything else that is filling up my phones space am memory onto a memory chip I put in. How do I transfer

By connecting you device to your computer, one can click/drag any data/music or images to and from the computer/smart device. This is typically accomplish by connecting the USB power cord to your smart device then to the computer.

Note: Depending on how your system is set up. your smart device may or may not be recognized upon making the connection. But typiclaly and as I've adjusted my setting to redirect or auto detect my device through my media player.

A small icon or name plate of the device will appear within the systems files. The name plate could be a group of numbers or letter which indicate the type of device used. Again in my case, I'm using the LG Rebel, But I've renamed my phone to "Toastervan".

Once I'm able to locate the device, I would right click and open the device's internal drive/storage and selected where the images/data is locate. Highlight all images and data, then drag to the appropriate destination.
