How to turn off 'Full Charge' Notification?

Hi everyone,

I've noticed that when my HTC One is fully charged during the day, it plays my ringtone to notify that it is fully charged. Does anyone have this happening to them? And how do i turn this off? Its not located in the sound settings!

Hmm... I don't believe mine does that. Do you have any 3rd party battery saver, widget apps? Those might be doing it.

I'm pretty sure mine doesn't do this, either. We have two of them, and I'm sure I would have been awakened at least once by one of them doing this.

It notifies me in the bar but to ringtone.

Not that I know of. I would be really perturbed if it woke me in the middle of the night since I charge when I'm asleep.

I found out that The Galaxy S4 does nearly the same thing. I get a notification in my notification bar and the screen lights up the whole bedroom at 2am. Sure is some bad programming logic there.

I have an HTC one and my girlfriend does as well her ringtone goes off when her battery reaches 100 it's very annoying I can find the setting to turn it off. Mine has never done it so I don't understand why hers does
