how to turn on wifi tether?

ok i am running the newest gummy and says it has built in wifi tether but i have no idea how to turn it on without vzw seeing it?

I dont think verizon can just see it. You can turn it on, not sure how you do it with gummy, but basically you need to go to settings - wireless tether and configure it with a password - then you switch it on an connect to it, proving that password on the connecting device.

if it's the switch on you're looking for, you can put the wireless tether shortcut in the dropdown bar toggles, then just click it on after you've set the password for it.

ok yeah i didnt mean they could see it see it i just dont want to get charged for it lol not that i will use t much just nice to have if i do need it.. one of the reasons we root lol thans again zero..

Another great option is Koush's Clockwork Tether. I've had to use it a few times, and it works like a charm.
