How to turn S-Off

I am trying to get my phone back to stock by following directions on droidviews. I need my phone to be S-Off.
I rooted it with Hasoon2000's HTC One 2014 (M8) All-In-One Toolkit. I have Superuser and am able to verify root.

Only options I find are firewater which seems to be down and Sunshine which cost $24 I think.

What are other options to S-Off on my AT&T HTC M8?
