How to turn up the volume when calling people (Samsung s8)

I recently bought the Samsung galaxy S8 and have had some troubles with the sound quality when calling people.

When talking to people through this phone, the person on the other end sounds like a whisper and I can hardly hear them.

I have tried to fix this problem by turning the sound up all the way, both with the volume buttons on the side and through internal settings. I have also taken off the cover around the phone to see if that made a difference which it didn't.

Please help!

Could be a hardware problem. You might want to exchange it during the grace period.

On the call's screen, there is an "Increase volume" button.
