How to unblock text messages on Samsung Galaxy S6?

unable to receive or send text messages to anyone on my contact list ,except my wife's new galaxy 6 samsung phone. I have a new Samsung Galaxy 6 phone

Hi, a couple of questions:

1) Are the contact numbers in your phone stored correctly?
2) what error message are you getting when you send the messages?
3) are you using the stock messaging app that came on the phone?
4) can you make calls and browse the internet (without WiFi)?
