I hate my new Samsung S7 phone since the firmware update on April 1st 2017.
I refused the update for about 5 days thinking it would go away, because i hate updates, but my phone stopped working until i finally had no choice to make the upgrade, the phone forced me to do it.
How can i go back to the old version?
I used to love Samsung phones, i loved my S7, but now i hate it. I ******* hate it!
Everything that was easy to operate like contacts and general menus, everything was to simple, now i miss my old Blackberry. Every thing is different, you have to learn how to use the phone all over again. ******* waist of time.

Samsung did not answer any of my complaints, my phone carrier does not know what to do.
I run a business, i have 22 Samsung Galaxy S7 phones.
