How to unlock i337 4.4.4 bootloader?

I have a AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 and I am trying to unlock the bootload to get a custom rom. My problem is there is no safestrap version for baseband nj5. I'm am new to what all of this means, so please help me find a solution.
