How to unlock my S5 when the fingerprint scanner freezes

My S5 isn't letting me in. The fingerprints scanner is frozen or something. I forgot my alternative password and my gmail account sign in thing isn't working either. Is there anything other way that I can unlock my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! No, sorry -- this is why your backup password is important. The phone should also be asking you for your backup password intermittently, for increased security. For example, whenever you do a cold boot of the phone, it should ask you for your backup password, not just your fingerprint. It wasn't doing that before?
