How to unroot LG G3 from MTS?

All of the stock firmware I can find is for Bell or Rogers. Also my phone is soft bricked and LG FlashTool always says Model Information CHECK when I try using the other firmwares. Please help I need my phone I just got it about weeks ago...

which model # do you have? what did you try and flash? what carrier are you on?

I have an LG-D852 and I actually tryed both BELL and Rogers firmwares, also MTS.

It doesn't say MTS and I tried all 3 with my model and none of them worked
Any ideas?

I am sorry, I am not good with these sort of things. I do really need my phone back(doesn't matter if it is wiped clean.). Please help because I cannot find an answer anywhere.
