How to update an AT&T LG-E980 (Optimus G Pro) if not on AT&T?

I have an LG Optimus G Pro that I can't seem to get past the stock 4.1.2 Android firmware. AT&T recently did a kitkat OTA but since I use it on T-Mobile I don't get the update.

The device is unlocked so I can put any ROM I want on it, but I really like the stock LG Rom. I just want the latest android released for it underneath.

Has anyone ported out the 4.4 OTA yet or know anywhere I can get it?

Look for the 20h ROM and use the LG tool to flash it. You'll probably find links to both at XDA forums. (20g is also KitKat, but 20h seems to be the latest - that's what I got from AT&T a few days ago on a phone I'm repairing.)

Just for kicks, though, go to Settings/General/About Phone/Software Update. The phone I'm working on has a non-registered SIM, and it got the update via wifi anyway.
