how to Update Manually KitKat device to Lollipop

My Smartphone is Not some popular one. Cheap normal smartphone.
I want Lollipop Update. But that update Not Coming to my Device. Can anyone tell me how to Update that Manually. Without PC.

If it's not available OTA you will need a PC and if the device manufacturers haven't made a ROM for your device you would have to root and install a custom ROM. Without knowing what device you have I can't tell you if such a ROM exists
