How to Update my At&t Galaxy s4?

Hey there, I'm new here, and I am from Brazil. I bought an galaxy s4 in the usa, unlocked it, and now I'm back in Brazil. At&t released 4.3 but I'm not able to update, why? They say my Samsung is up to date, how do I fix it? I need to update because I'm gonna buy a Galaxy Gear. Please if you know how to solve it tell me, sorry for my bad english x

if the phone is on a carrier that hasnt recieved the update go ahead then you will not be able to update it automatically.

With you being back home I would think you will need to update thru the computer, not over the cellular network
