How to update supersu Binary? Galaxy Tab S

I rooted my Galaxy Tab S 8.4, Now when I go into supersu it says that the SU binary needs to be updated, so I click continue... Then I click TWRP/CWM because I have TWRP installed (Flashed it via odin, not flashify because I couldnt get supersu to work) Anyways it just boots into TWRP and doesn't do anything..
So my question is how do I update the supersu binary manually?

Welcome to Android Central!

It usually gives you two options to update. The regular and the other through TWRP. Just do the non TWRP way.

This method doesnt work for me, failing after a few minutes. any ideas?
