How can i update galaxy s3 (see pict.) without losing any apps or data?

When you update, it won't touch any of your apps or data. In case you are still worried, back up to Google's servers.

I am rooted, that is my wory. So, how can i update?


Software update not working it says that my device has been modified.

I think you have to unroot and be stock to get the OTA. I don't have an S3, but if I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will correct me.
