How to upgrade LG G5 F700K to a higher version?
I have difficulty upgrading

Unless the update is officially available for your specific model, you can't do this easily. If there IS an official version, you should be able to install it via the system settings. If not, then that's where things get tricky, since you'd need to 'hack' your way into the device so you can overwrite the OS, find a ROM with the newer version you want SPECIFICALLY made or compatible with your device model number, and then install that.
