How to upgrade Lollipop (from Kitkat) for Imported HTC ONE M7 (802w) with no PC connectivity enabled

Dear Friends, i have "Imported HTC ONE M7 (802w) with no PC connectivity enabled" It is rooted device I am using in INDIA want to upgrade it on lollipop version, main problem is it has a bug that this phone does not support any data cable to connect with PC it always says CODE 43 issue & OTA option is disabled.. Kindly help & give some suggestions.
