How to upgrade to jelly bean?

I unlocked bootloader and now have supersu on this at&t HTC one x... But... Idk what else to do! I also downloaded an official 630mb jellybean update but I tried to install it using twrp and it didn't go through, so I wouldn't know how to upgrade to at least 4.1 any help?
I used the wonderful Wizzrah's Toolkit, however I think the s-off didn't work since the menu still shows "tampered" could that have anything to do?

No, I wouldn't be able to do it OTA since I don't live in the US so I tried using the link they provide here http://www.android.gs/update-att-htc-one-x-official-jelly-bean-4-1-os/
